Before confirming arrangements
Review the itinerary, permits, accommodation, inclusions and exclusions. Ask which items are secured, which remain subject to availability and when Hillsome Trails team will issue written confirmation.
Changes, cancellation & refunds
Request the cancellation schedule, amendment fees, any non-refundable supplier charges and the refund process before accepting. Different permits, lodges and activities can have different conditions; no universal refund percentage is promised here.
