For the main RAS itinerary, join the group using the link shared by the group leader. For optional excursions, choose either an individual (click Start new) or group booking (click Join existing).

For individual and group booking
Booking as an individual
If you’re not joining a group, you can still book your own trip with your preferred dates and arrangements. Click Start New Group and continue as an individual booking — no group code required.
Booking as a group
These are the group leader’s responsibilities.
- Click Start New Group and enter your details.
- Choose your Trip and Dates.
- Click Complete Booking to create your unique Group Code.
- Share the code with your friends right away.

When everyone has booked, click FINALIZE GROUP to lock in the best price.

Group bookings are started by a group leader. A “group” means two or more people (a couple, family, friends, etc.) who book together to join the same itinerary on the same date and destination.
I’m Joining a Group (I have a code)
Click on the link the team leader shared or follow below instructions.
Enter the Group Code (example: HT-X92) from your group leader.
Fill in your details.
Choose your room option:
If you’re sharing a Double Room, select your friend’s name to pair up.
Important Notes
- Check Spam/Junk: confirmations and tickets are sent automatically — sent only to the group leader (group bookings) or the individual booker (individual bookings).
- Roommates: Double/twin rook fits exactly 2 people on either a double bed or twin beds
Pricing & payment information
Pricing includes the activity cost (as previously shared), with accommodation added based on selection, plus government taxes and service charges.
Gorilla permits: Once the trip is confirmed, 100% of the gorilla permit fee is required within 7 days to secure permits (high season).
Tour arrangements:
25% deposit is required within 7 days of invoice submission
Remaining 75% is payable at your earliest convenience, and no later than 60 days prior to arrival

What if I don’t want to join a group because my dates or plans are different?
No problem. Use Start New Group and book as a private trip. You don’t need a group code.
Can travelers access group codes without someone sharing them?
No. A group code is created only after the first person selects an itinerary and submits the form. After that, the group leader shares the code with others. This keeps groups organized and avoids mixing dates or itineraries.
Can travelers see what’s available before filling in the full form?
Yes. You can start with basic details, then view available itineraries and pricing in the itinerary section before deciding to finish and submit.
What if I don’t want to join a group because the dates or destination don’t match?
You can click Start New and continue as a private booking. No group code is needed.
How does pricing change as the group grows?
Pricing updates dynamically. The more people who join the same itinerary and dates, the lower the price per person. Once a lower price tier is reached, everyone in that group benefits equally.
What prevents people from joining the wrong group?
Each group code is linked to one specific itinerary and date. The system validates the code before allowing you to complete the booking.
Can a group be closed once it reaches capacity?
At the moment there is no automatic limit. If you want a maximum group size, we can add a capacity rule and close the group automatically once it’s reached.
Can I change details after saving but before final submission?
Minor changes can be done while you’re still in the form. After submission, please contact us and we’ll help update your details.
Can I go back and review what I filled in before completing the form?
Yes. You can review and edit your entries before submitting.
Are room prices per night, or the total for all nights split between two people?
Room pricing is per night, multiplied by the number of nights. If two people share a double room, the room cost is shared between them.
If I click back while filling the form, will I lose my information?
No. Your information is saved and you can continue from where you stopped.
What if someone submits the form just to test — can it be deleted?
Yes. We can remove test bookings from the system. Ask the person to contact us with their name and email used on the form, or forward the confirmation email to our support and we’ll delete it.
